Eligibility
Who can buy Track, and who can operate Intercept.
Detecting drones is broadly lawful. Taking action against them is restricted to specific authorized agencies. Our two services follow that line exactly.
The two services
Stillsky Track
Any vetted, legitimate organization
Track is passive: Watchposts receive radio energy and public Remote ID broadcasts, listen for propellers and watch with cameras. They don’t transmit on drone frequencies, jam, or decode the content of communications. We verify every customer’s identity and purpose so the network is never used to monitor lawful drone users.
Stillsky Intercept
Legally authorized operators only
In the US, interfering with or taking down an aircraft is generally illegal except for specifically authorized entities: DoD, DOJ, DHS and others under federal law, and, since the SAFER SKIES Act (signed December 18, 2025; rules effective July 1, 2026), trained and certified state, local, tribal and territorial law-enforcement and correctional agencies.
Operator of record
Under SAFER SKIES, your certified officer is the operator. Not us.
For state, local, tribal and territorial agencies, the agency’s trained and certified officer is the operator of record for every mitigation action. The rule bars contractor-operated mitigation, including turnkey or managed C-UAS services, and contractors can’t be certified. Stillsky supplies equipment, training, maintenance and 24/7 Track monitoring. Stillsky Watch can watch, alert and advise, but it never approves or launches an engagement.

How we enforce it
Checked before contract, enforced in software.
- 01
Verification
Intercept applications are reviewed before any contract. We confirm the agency and its legal authority.
- 02
Role-based access
Intercept controls exist only in operator accounts tied to certified individuals.
- 03
Human approval
Every engagement needs a named operator’s approval, recorded with time and identity.
- 04
Audit trail
Who saw what, who approved what and when. Mandatory reports are generated from the log.
